Bern Rail Station is in Bern, Switzerland. It is the nearest station to the University of Berne in the Länggasse quarter. There is a shuttlebus to Bern Airport from the station.

The station has recently (up to December 2003) been renovated and partially redesigned. It now contains Rail City, a shopping center open longer that the other shops in town, and over the weekend. This is possible as Shop opening laws of the city of Berne do not apply on the grounds of the SBB.
